![]() ![]() and I'm worried it won't all work as-is if I do this. I'm hesitant to uninstall/reinstall as I do have a lot of folders, accounts, etc. Mozilla team has released Thunderbird 115.7.0 version to Stable channel. Disabling them did not help.Īny thoughts as to what else I can check/do to see what might be causing the program to be slow? I have 2 active extensions remove duplicate messages and smart templates. I only go into them if I need to go find an old email. ![]() On a related note, I do have many folders around 2 GB but I'm never in/out of those folders. The folders I'm working in are all 1 GB or less (not sure if that's considered too big, but for many, many years, I usually work in folders up to 2 or 3 GB before I start splitting them apart). Actually, clicking repair seems to make it a bit faster, but only for a few minutes, then it slows down again. I've compacted all folders, repaired all folders, made sure I'm up to date (115.8.0 (64-bit)), so I'm not sure what else to do. Clicking from one folder to the next takes a second or two, clicking from one email to the next takes a second or two. I haven't done anything recently (no new add-ons, no changes of any kind.) but all of a sudden it's extremely slow. ![]()
